About Your Coach

Fiona Hurle is a Certified Holistic Perimenopause & Menopause Nutrition Coach specialising in supporting women through the hormonal and nutritional changes of perimenopause and menopause.

With 13 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, Fiona has helped many women understand what's actually happening in their bodies during this transition — and create sustainable, stage-specific nutrition strategies that support their symptoms, their energy, and their long-term health.

“After more than a decade working in health and fitness, I found myself in a place I never expected — doing all the ‘right’ things, yet feeling completely out of sync with my own body. My energy had shifted, my body composition was changing, my sleep wasn’t the same, and mentally I felt frustrated and disconnected. What I knew to work… simply wasn’t working anymore. That experience was both confronting and eye-opening. It led me to deeply explore what’s actually happening during perimenopause — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. I realised how many women are navigating this phase feeling confused, dismissed, and unsupported. That’s why I’m so passionate about this work — because women deserve to understand their bodies, feel supported through this transition, and know that they’re not broken… they just need an approach that truly reflects this stage of life.”
